Mr. LEO KEI, MBA, CMA

 Mr. KEI graduated from Nottingham University in the United Kingdom with a Master of Business Administration. He is a Founder of Belt and Road Global Investment Fund (BRGIF), Committee Member of Industrial Development and Real Estate Association of Greater Bay Area (IDEA of GBA), Member of Guangdong Public Diplomacy Association, Member of Guangdong Youth Federation, Vice-President of Guangzhou, Hong Kong and Macao Economics and Cultural Development Promotion Association.
Leo works in international brand industry investment and layout, real estate /financial and asset management services, sports and cultural industry management, public diplomacy, commonweal projects and large government agencies development projects for more than ten years. In the past, Leo has arranged the Embassies, Ministry of Commerce and mayors of various countries to communicate with domestic cities and enterprises, promoting strategic cooperation and building Belt & Road Friendship City.
